What materials are your plushies made from?

Our plushies use premium PP cotton fill and soft plush fabric — skin-friendly, non-toxic, and safe for all ages including babies. Crochet designs use high-quality acrylic yarn. Every material is chosen for softness, durability, and the all-important squishability factor.

Do you create custom one-off animals?

Our plushes are designed in micro batches and require custom patterns, fabrics, and safety testing. Creating a single bespoke animal often costs more than a small production run, so we aren't able to take on one-offs right now. We do log every request—each suggestion helps decide future designs.

How long does shipping take?

Most US orders leave the studio within 3-4 business days via UPS or USPS. Oversized friends ship in eco-friendly boxes with full tracking.

Can I send this as a gift?

We're working on it! Right now every plush ships in a protective vacuum-sealed bag inside a sturdy box. Gift notes and wrapping aren't available yet, but we'll share updates when that changes.
